The Cincinnati Bengals plan to tag on wide receiver A.J. Green, sources told ESPN’s Dan Graziano and Jeremy Fowler.
The Bengals need Green in Cincinnati in 2020 regardless, either through the tag or a more extended arrangement, the sources said.
The tag is evaluated to be worth around $18.5 million, as indicated by overthecap.com. The different sides have until July 15 to arrive at a long haul bargain.
Green, has been one of the NFL’s most productive receiver since the Bengals drafted him in 2011.
