McDonald’s Pledges To Fix Their Broken Ice Cream Machines
I’ll believe it when I see it!
There is a high percentage chance that if you’ve ever asked for ice cream at McDonald’s, the workers have told you a familiar line, “Sorry, the ice cream machine is broken.”
I’ve heard rumors about how the machines actually aren’t broken, and employees just don’t want to clean them, as well as other hilarious online conspiracy theories. Nevertheless, it has become something widely known, and joked about on the internet; McDonald’s ice cream machines are always broken.
The McDonalds broken ice cream machines are so well known that even rival fast food places joke about it on their social media pages…

Brutal. Well, it seems as if McDonald’s has finally gotten the hint because they are vowing to fix their ice cream machines, once and for all.
A new report from Business Insider said that during a meeting of the National Owners Association, a group of independent McDonald’s franchisees, a National Supply Leadership Council equipment team was announced that will be focused on improving and finding solutions for the chains soft serve machines.
I can’t wait for the day when I don’t even have to hear, “the ice cream machine is broken” again! Way to go McDonald’s!
