A Grocery Store Fight Broke Out Over Chick-fil-a Sauce
I am all about Chick-fil-a. In all honesty, I could probably live off of it (and might have during college). So I absolutely have strong feelings about the brand. But not strong enough to start a fight over it. That is what happened last week at a Kansas grocery store. Yes, that’s correct- Chick-fil-a Sauce was the cause of a grocery store fight.
Someone was feeling a little saucy in a Wichita, Kansas grocery store. According to police, a man attacked a grocery store employee in a disagreement over Chick-fil-A sauce. The man reportedly was angry that the grocery store was selling the chicken chain’s sauce. Multiple types of Chick-fil-a sauce have recently become available at many grocery stores across the country. Ironically this occurred around the same time as a nationwide shortage of the sauce in restaurants. Police say the man was asked to leave the store when he began “throwing punches.” After he left the store, he drove his car towards the entrance where employees were standing. No one was injured in the altercation. The man was arrested the next day and has been charged with aggravated assault.
I for one have absolutely been frustrated when a grocery store didn’t have what I was looking for. But never this upset and certainly not this upset over something they did have.
