Rihanna’s Halftime Performance Draws 103 FCC Complaints
Some fans were offended by Rihanna’s halftime performance. Over 100 complaints poured into the FCC over her lyrics and choreography being too sexual. Some even compared her show to porn. On person wrote, “I don’t care what someone worships but children shouldn’t be exposed to pornography and as an adult I don’t wish to see it … Where has decency gone? How about respect for others and self?” Another person wrote, “She spread her a** cheek at the crack. She rubbed her pants where her labia were three times.” What do you think? It will mark her first live rendition of her Oscar-nominated song, “Lift Me Up,” from ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’. Her single “Lift Me Up” is nominated for Best Original Song—Rihanna’s first-ever nomination. It debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard “Hot 100” and marked her first top-ten hit since “Wild Thoughts” in 2017.
