Yes, you read that right. Sharks have been testing positive for cocaine. Scientists have said that about thirteen sharks have tested positive for cocaine. You have heard of cocaine bear now we have cocaine shark!! You are probably like me saying how in the hell are sharks testing positive for cocaine? Sharks Testing Positive for Cocaine The sharks that tested positive for cocaine were found off the coast of Brazil. The scientists and police believe that the sharks are eating cocaine that is being dumped into the water by drug dealers. The Coast Guard said often drug dealers will drop cocaine packages in the water from the air to be picked up by boat. The Coast Guard also said sometimes they will approach a boat that will throw the cocaine overboard. It makes you wonder just how much cocaine is out there in those ocean waters. Scientists have said that they will study the sharks' behavior over the next few months to see what effects the cocaine has on them. I saw the movie Cocaine Bear and know some real-life crackheads.
