R. Kelly Hires Lawyer Amid Alleged Sex Cult Scandal
R. Kelly has lawyered up.
The R&B singer didn’t get just any lawyer either. Word is the Pied Piper hired Bill Cosby’s former attorney, Monique Pressley and her entire legal team. R. Kelly is being accused of running a sex cult in his Atlanta and Chicago rental homes.
Pressley has released a statement for R. Kelly saying, “Mr. Robert Kelly is both alarmed and disturbed at the recent revelations attributed to him. Mr. Kelly unequivocally denies such allegations and will work diligently and forcibly to pursue his accusers and clear his name.”
I guess we’ll have to wait and see how this ordeal will play out.
