Not everyone in Chicago is a fan of R. Kelly. My Nosey Neighbors recently caught up with Chicago rapper Vic Mensa. They originally asked him about the cancellation of Justin Bieber’s tour (Vic was on the tour). However, the conversation quickly changed to his thoughts on R. Kelly.
