It's Black History Month! I know we all learn some facts in school and over the years from family, but the history is so much deeper than that. There are tons of black history facts that we do not learn in school or your family may not even know to share with you when you're younger. These facts are still quite important when it comes to understanding where we come from as a culture.

North Carolina's very own, B Daht, is sharing with us some great facts you may not know. His YouTube videos, I Didn't Know Maybe You Didn't Either, are a way for us to all learn Black history facts that we should know. He shares with us some of these facts on the air so we decided to share them with you. Check out what the homie B Daht is teaching us and share with your friends and family. Description: Today's initial episode kicks off by telling the horror that black babies faced when white people of the time were alligator hunting. There was a "Gator Bait" chant that was banned at the University of Florida games... and even though "the chomp" was started in the 90's, it still has a pretty negative connotation.
