Neon Trees To Be Musical Headliner For 2023 Cheerwine Festival
Cheerwine, the iconic 106-year-old cherry soda, and the City of Salisbury announced today that multi-platinum rock band Neon Trees will be the 2023 Cheerwine Festival music headliner. The 2023 Festival will be held Saturday, May 20, from noon to 10 p.m.
Neon Trees’ debut album, Habits was released in 2010 and won them “Top Alternative Song” at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards. They followed that up with the album Picture Show, which included the 5x platinum single “Everybody Talks”. Neon Trees released their latest album, I Can Feel You Forgetting Me, in 2020. In addition to Neon Trees the Cheerwine Festival will also feature performances by Ryan Perry, New Local, and Divided by Four.
“We’re thrilled to announce this year’s lineup, including what’s sure to be a lively performance by Neon Trees,” says Joy Ritchie Harper, vice-president of marketing for Cheerwine in a press release. “We can’t wait to welcome fans from all over the Southeast to our hometown for the 2023 Cheerwine Festival.”

Taste delicious Cheerwine-inspired food from over 40 vendors and Cheerwine-infused craft beer, including NoDa Brewing Company’s Cheerwine Ale. You can shop for arts and crafts as well as Cheerwine items. Kids will enjoy the F&M Bank Kids Zone, which includes activities and entertainment for little ones.
