Wendy’s is celebrating National Cheeseburger Day with a special offer.  The popular fast food chain will give customers a 1-cent Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger with any purchase in the app from September 18 through September 22.  Just visit the “Offers” section in the app Rewards Store for the deal.  National Cheeseburger Day is celebrated on September 18.
