Work Out For Beginners
A lot of people want to keep their New Years’ resolutions fresh and working out is one of them.
Here is a quick work out you can take home or go to the gym with that will work out both strength and cardio.
- 10 burpees
- Jog in place for 45 sec
- 20 bodyweight squats
- 12 push-ups
Repeat this exercise 3 times and take a 1-minute break between each set. Add this to your work out and let me know how it goes.
