Helping 200 Homeless Individuals In Charlotte North Carolina
Please donate gently used coats, scarfs, gloves and hats you can donate? You will be participating in a Global Day of Service in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Several local Zeta Chapter’s are partnering with Leah’s Hopes and Dreams non-profit to feed over 200 homeless individuals on a local level. Helping the most vulnerable population makes sense because homelessness starts local and spreads globally. When homelessness happens people feel trapped and alone, but we must treat them with dignity.
Mark your calendars for January 16th from 12 noon to 2pm to drop of gently used clothing and coats. Also onsite will be mobile showers and salon services. Ta-Tianna Nealy-McFadden, President of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated, Psi Mu Zeta Chapter in Charlotte, North Carolina along with 100 affluent women are doing great work in the areas of scholarship and service. It’s a beautiful site when we can help others who have fallen on hard times.
Event details: Drop off donations between 12pm- 2pm on January 16, 2022. This event will take place in the parking lot of 616 N Tryon St Charlotte NC 28202. This is a community service event is sponsored by several Zeta Chapter’s in the area called Area1B. In honor of annual Global Day of Service for Founders’ Day. The amazing group is celebrating 102 years of scholarship, service, sisterhood and finer womanhood.
