You guys know by now I am a huge fan of Mrs. T’s Pierogies. They are so versatile and delicious. If you’ve never tried them, let me introduce you. Mrs. T’s Pierogies are soft pillowy pasta pockets filled with delicious ingredients like fluffy whipped potatoes and cheese, among other yummy things, depending on which variety you choose. I love this recipe because it’s like a big crustless pizza skillet and a dip all in one. I used Mrs. T’s Mini Four Cheese Pierogies toasted up in the oven as my “dippers.” It is easy and perfect for snacking on while watching football during these crisp Fall weekends.
