Word is the couple has eight nannies that work 8 hour shifts and make $100,000 a year. Oh, and they must all speak French fluently. It is being reported that six nannies were added after the birth of the twins adding to the two that Blue Ivy already had. There is also a rumor that Beyonce wrote a manual for each of the nannies that they must follow.
