A Duke University football player has gone viral after singing to his teammates during training camp. Not just any singing. Opera. Chance Lytle may be a 6-foot-7, 329-pound offensive lineman, but he has the voice of an angel. Oh, and he also plays cello, violin, piano, and mandolin.
According to his profile on GoDuke.com, Lytle came to Durham after playing offensive line at Colorado, where he earned dual degrees in music & voice performance and psychology. He's currently pursuing a master’s in management studies from Duke's Fuqua School of Business.
The impressive Lytle sang a bit of opera to his fellow Blue Devils at a team meal last Sunday night (8/7). The Duke football team posted the TikTok video below. The looks on his teammates faces are priceless! Even though I have a sons at UNC and ECU, I kind of want to root for Chance this season. Don't tell anyone.
