Insomnia Cookies has a new menu item. Unicorn Cookie Nachos feature eight freshly baked cookies of your choice topped with a blend of “Unicorn Barf” sprinkles, which include colorful sprinkles, unicorn horns, and candy beads, plus two additional toppings of your choice. The cookies to pick from include any one of Insomnia’s “Classic” cookies and for toppings, you can choose from chopped M&M’s, chopped Snickers, chopped Reese’s Pieces, brownie bites, cookie dough pieces, galaxy sprinkles, chocolate sauce, and caramel sauce. Insomnia’s Unicorn Cookie Nachos are available now through Jan. 14, both in-store and online for delivery.
