Michelle Obama Admits to Battling Depression
Our Forever First Lady, Michelle Obama, released the 2nd installment of her podcast on Spotify. She sat down with Michele Norris of NPR’s “All Things Considered” and admitted she has been dealing with a low-grade depression due to being in quarantine and seeing the racial unrest in the country and how the current administration is handling it.
She said some days, even weeks, she does not feel like doing things like working out and she has learned not to be hard on herself when she feels that way. Mrs. Obama said it is important to have a routine and that her, Barack and the kids do things like puzzles. eat dinner, play spades and watch movies together. She admitted to doing her own manicures and waxing.
