In the morning’s I be ON GO and I usually don’t have time to make myself breakfast so I grab my blender and make a smoothie for the morning. Go to smoothies are yummy, fast, and great for the mornings. These smoothies are nutritional and can easily replace those other go to snacks you grab. These 3 go to smoothie recipes are easy to do and don’t involve a lot of ingredients but a blender and frozen fruit that you can grab at Walmart or Targets freezer
- Strawberry Banana Smoothie:
1 banana, 1 cup of frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, and 1 cup of milk (milk can be of your choice)
- Very Berry Smoothie:
1 banana, 1 cup of mixed frozen berries, 1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt and 1 cup of milk (of your choice)
- Strawberry & Pineapple Delight
1 Cup of Frozen Strawberries, 1 Cup of Pineapple, and 1 Cup of Almond Milk
**Keep in mind that you can substitute these recipes by adding healthy greens like Kale or simply adding fresh juices like orange juice**
