If You Bought Tickets For March Madness, Here’s How You Can Get Your Refund

If you ordered directly from the NCAA website refunds are being delivered to the same card used to purchase the tickets. This transaction should take about 30 days, any further questions about ticket refunds you can email tickets@NCAA.org.
Now for any other occurring events that have been canceled, the online ticket sellers that you purchased your ticket from will offer a refund.
TicketMaster
For canceled events, you will be notified and the refund will be given 7-10 business days to the used method of payment.
For events postponed or reschedule you will be informed with the new date of the event and the tickets purchased will be valid for that date.
StubHub
If an event is canceled the listing will be removed both the seller and buyer will be informed and in order to receive a full refund, the buyer must send the ticket back to the seller or to StubHub.
SeatGeek
If the event canceled and you purchased a ticket from SeatGeek you will be protected by the Buyer Guarantee program and you will receive your full refund to the original payment source within three weeks of the cancellation. There will be an email sent when the event refund is being processed.
If an event is postponed your tickets will be valid for the new date.
