Expect Delays At Charlotte Douglas Airport
Charlotte Douglas Airport will be experience some delays due to the closure of checkpoint B. Please plan early and expect delays.
The airport announced the closure of this checkpoint last week. This will most likely cause some serious delays at the airport in the TSA line.

As you can see, there will be additional checkpoints open as well as TSA PreCheck. This is a life saver. You do have to pay a fee every five years with PreCheck. I have this service and it’s so worth it. With this service, you don’t have to remove shoes, laptops, and a few other benefits. If you don’t have it, you may want to look into getting this service.
