Charlotte Eatery Gets A Stop On The Midday Food Tour
The Midday Food Tour is something new that I thought of and went to my fellow midday diva, JD, to make this happen. Check out the first Charlotte eatery on the tour.
I first stop on the Midday Food Tour lands us right on Woodlawn Rd. at The Honeybaked Ham company. During our visit we were able to see a different variety of foods offered by The Honeybaked Ham company. One of my favorite dishes were the turkey sliders. The location mixes their own garlic type butter as a brushed topping and oh my goodness. They were the absolute best of their kind. We also had a salad that was beyond top notch. I was shocked to find out that the company offers two types of bacon. I was able to sample the maple bacon and let me tell you something. It is literally touched by the hem of Jesus’ garment do you hear me! It was delicious.
We also learned that they offer pulled pork and baby back ribs both already seasoned. They just have to be popped in the oven for heating and voila. You have a quick meal for the family. They even have options to order ahead and pickup that could save time for those who are busy on the go. This location is located at 303 E. Woodlawn Rd. right here in Charlotte.
