Danileigh Arrested On Three Felony Charges
Danileigh arrested on DUI and two other felonies
Now what in the world is going on? Honestly, I hate to hear something like this has happened. Danileigh was arrested on three felony charges.
According to TMZ, Danileigh was in Miami Beach over the holiday weekend and ended up with some ice I’m sure she didn’t want. Witnesses are saying that Danileigh was swerving in and out of lanes. She ended up hitting a moped operator. She allegedly dragged them by her car, if not a full block, close to it.
She failed a breathalyzer test while testing almost double the legal limit. Danileigh and Da Baby share a child together. As you know, Da Baby is a Charlottean. Regardless of that, being the fact that she has a child and a career, you hate to see something like this happen to anyone. Hopefully, Danileigh will be able to get herself together and bounce back from this. Danileigh was officially charged with DUI, DUI to property, and leaving the crash scene that resulted in bodily injury. The victim allegedly suffered a spinal fracture and a kidney laceration according to TMZ.

DaBaby is being accused by DaniLeigh of kicking her and their newborn daughter out of the house after calling the cops on her while on Instagram Live.
Per TMZ, the rapper filmed part of the altercation between the two who welcomed a baby girl together in August.
It is still unclear what led up to the disagreement but both parties have released statements on what has happened per their Instagram Stories.
DaBaby released his statement saying he “wanted her peacefully removed” and that his focus right now is his new project starting Nov. 26.
DaniLeigh posted her statement claiming that she has been taking care of the baby and also cooking for him and doesn’t understand the mistreatment.
