Is A Lawsuit Coming Against Cardi B For Water Incident?
Cardi B had a recent performance where she threw her mic in the audience. Then incident was viral and now a lawsuit could be coming for the now viral water incident.
Recently Cardi B was performing in Las Vegas. The initial viral video showed water being allegedly thrown on Cardi. Cardi retaliated by throwing her microphone in the crowd. In the video, the young can be seen at one point as being apologetic. Cardi’s security immediately jumped off the stage. Watch the video.

Well, the argument that some have is that earlier during this same performance, Cardi seemed to request water to be thrown on her because it was so hot in Vegas. It definitely has been a different type of hot in Vegas. That is for sure. I then saw another video that not only included other angles, but it also included Cardi asking for water to be splashed on her. NSFW: Some language in the video is not appropriate for viewers under 18.
@aishawithaneye Here’s the full story of Cardi B’s #micthrow with everyone’s angles together. Important to note: 1️⃣ Cardi B isn’t lipsyncing but is singing/rapping along with her track. 2️⃣ Cardi B only moments earlier asked for water to be thrown at her. 3️⃣ The woman who threw the water sincerely apologizes. @tumusicahoy @The Hair Plug 🤪 @Mayah🫶🏽 @tYpicalElliott @🎭🎬 Darryl Williams 🎬🎭 @doseofnat @PaxyBabyy @Statusworld #cardib #cardibedit #update . If you’re like, “Aisha. Why’d you do this edit?” It’s because y’all are too quick to make judgements when you don’t even have the full picture, as you can see in the comment section of my most viewed video. 😑 According to the law, Cardi B could be sued because you are legally not allowed to assault back with more force and without imminent danger. Don’t be Cardi B. Be Jesus. Apologize and accept sincere apologies. 😇

The young lady has now retained Chicago based attorney Ciera Norris. While they are stating they haven’t filed a lawsuit nor criminal charges, her firm has been secured. This does make some wonder if a settlement is the ultimate goal. The video below shows the announcement from Attorney Norris.
